Cationic Chiffon is a light, fluid fabric with a two tone iridescent effect which looks and feels like real silk. It has a soft feel and drapes beautifully making it perfect for layering over other dressmaking fabrics and for use in formal garments and bridalwear. This versatile fabric can be used for many projects such as scarves, decorations and clothing.
